How to use
- Stir 1½ tsp into a glass of water or milk.
- Blend into a smoothie with a banana.
- Mix into oats, porridge or pancake batter.

Storage and shelf life
Keep the pouch sealed tight and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Use a dry spoon. Best before 12 months from packing.

Questions
What’s in each pouch?
One ingredient. Carrot Powder is dried, ground carrot. Onion Powder is dried, ground onion. No salt, sugar, colour, anti-caking agent or preservative is added to any of them.
How much powder equals the fresh vegetable?
As a rough guide, 1 tsp of onion powder stands in for a small onion, and ¼ tsp of garlic powder for one clove. Carrot and beetroot are mostly used for colour and gentle sweetness, so start with 1 tsp and taste.
Is apple powder sweetened?
No. The sweetness is the apple’s own. There is no added sugar.
How long does a pouch last once opened?
Use it within 2–3 months of opening for the best colour and aroma. Seal the zip tight, keep it somewhere cool and dry, and always use a dry spoon.
Why has my powder clumped?
Natural powders with nothing added can clump if they meet moisture. Break the lumps with a dry spoon; the flavour is unaffected. Keeping the pouch sealed helps.
