Quality and certificates
Every pouch holds one ingredient and nothing else. Here’s how we check that, and the documents that back it up.
What goes in
Whole carrots, onions, beetroot, apples and garlic. We wash, cut, slowly dry and finely grind them. No salt, sugar, colour, anti-caking agent or preservative is added.
What we test
- Nutrition values per 100 g, printed on the back of every pouch.
- Moisture, so the powder stays free-flowing and safe on the shelf.
- Microbiology, to food-safety limits set by FSSAI.
Until reports are published
Nutrition figures on the site are marked “indicative” and come from standard food composition data for each dried ingredient. They’re replaced with lab values as each report is issued.
